Northern Nevada Casino near Thacker Pass was sold to Florida Developer | Casinos and games

A Florida-based casino developer is investing in an energy boom in northern Nevada to revive a distant playable.

Gary Green Gaming has bought the word when casino in McDermitt, according to a news message. The casino is adjacent to the Thacker Pass Lithium mine in Humboldt County.

Green’s plans for the word when casino includes an expansion and redesign, a 24-hour restaurant, a boutique hotel, an entertainment complex and broadcasting center and a shopping area, all intended to meet the calculated demand from incoming mining employees, families and travelers.

“This is not just a casino acquisition – there is a share in the next Great American Boomtown,” said Gary Green, founder of Gary Green Gaming. “We embed ourselves in basic geography for the global energy transition.”

Thacker Pass is an open pit mine that is believed to be the largest known lithium deposit in the United States. Some estimates indicate that it can deliver up to 25 percent of the world’s lithium. Lithium Americas, a Canada-based lithium development company, develops the project.

“During all our years of development, this represents the most convincing convergence of market timing, exclusivity of space and scalable demand that we have ever seen,” added Green. “That’s why we buy it directly.”

According to media reports, it will say when the casino will remain open during GGG’s expansion and renovation project.

“We do not see this as a game, but a guaranteed game. Lithium is the new oil, and we are building the infrastructure for its human side – the place where the business is completed, where workers relax and where the culture for this new economy is defined,” Green said.
