Iowa State forward Milan Momcilovic will return to the court on Saturday afternoon for No. 8 Cyclones’ games against visiting TCU, head coach TJ Otzelberger told ESPN.
Momcilovic has been on the page since the January 11 game against Texas Tech. The injury on his left hand occurred in practice after that game. The cyclones (17-5, 7-4 BIG 12) are 3-4 in his absence.
“(Momcilovic) feels good and is happy to return,” said Otzelberger.
6-foot-8 Momcilovic started 14 of Iowa State first 15 matches this season and is an average of 10.3 points and 3.5 returns.
Last season as a beginner, Momcilovic was an average of 10.9 points and 3.1 returns. He started all 37 matches and ties a school record.
