Minnesota Rokkr overcame with an early deficit on Saturday and defeated Miami Heretics 3-1 in qualified measures for Call of Duty League’s Stage 2 Major.
Miami started strongly with a victory 250-248 at Skyline Hardpoint, but it was all Minnesota from there. Rokkr responded with revenge, took Hacienda Search & Destroy 6-5, Protocol Control 3-0 and Vault Hardpoint 250-167 to complete the comeback.
Each of the 12 CDL team will play seven qualified matches until March 16 and set up sowing for Stage 2 Major, scheduled for March 20-23 in Dallas.
The Boston violation also had to come from behind for a victory on Saturday.
Like Minnesota, Boston met a 1-0 deficit before he got on track. The violation prevailed 6-5 on Hacienda Search & Destroy and 3-1 on Vault Control just to have Los Angeles Guerrilla’s M8 bind the game at 2-2. Boston then put in his victory by blasting Los Angeles 6-2 at Vault Search & Destroy.
In other measures on Saturday, Atlanta Faze ended a 3-0 sweep by Optical Texas and Cloud9 New York dropped the Toronto Ultra 3-0.
The qualification for Stage 2 Major continues on Sunday with four matches:
