Neto followed, and in its first match in the season after recovering from the low season’s shoulder operation, met a sharp feed on a short stop Willie Adames. Adames could not handle it, the ball caromer to shallow left field. Schanuel scored on the game and Neto was credited with an RBI double.

The angels added a second run in the innings after the church paced a slow roll between card stop and third. Third Baseman Matt Chapman started the ball for an error, with Neto points to set the angels up 2-0.

Giants finished with four hits, two of Lee, who reached the base a third time with a walk.
