Miami Heat vs. Cleveland Cavaliers Game 1 Best bets, Player Requisites

If it is the playoffs, it means another season of Miami that rises from the forgotten ranks to force themselves into the after -year period.

There is some history between the franchise meeting on Sunday evening. Fifteen years after Lebron James left northeastern Ohio to take his talents to South Beach, Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat will meet in the playoffs for the first time.

Miami locked his quay with a victory on a 123-114 road across Atlanta Hawks on Friday and became the first No. 10 seed that qualified through the Play-in tournament. It also tied a franchise record with its sixth straight playoffs.

Miami’s next challenge is much tougher. The eighth-seeded heat must turn off the top-seeded Cavaliers in a best-seven East Conference’s first round series. Game 1 is Sunday in Cleveland.

Here is a look at our best bets for Sunday evening:

Tyler Herro 3-Plus points in each quarter (+130, Fanduel)

The odds are better for Herro to get three points in each quarter than for him to hit 25-Plus points for the third straight game. Herro is on a heater in the playoffs and starts with more than a dozen points during the first eight minutes of the victory in Chicago. He followed it with a triple double in the victory in Atlanta who secured Miami’s place in this series.

When these teams met at the end of January, Herro hit four 3 points and had 22 points in a losing effort. He got 34 points – including five 3 -numbers – in their December 8 Matchup.

Under 215.5 total points (-112, fanduel)

Give an NBA team almost a week free, and the result is usually Frigid shooting and careless play. Factor in the heat and master in the preparations Erik Spoelstra, and Cavs feels a bit risky as 12.5-points favorites in our humble opinion.

Cleveland should be able to take out the victory, but do not count on style points. Due to Cleveland’s size, we expect Miami to be strongly due to surrounding points after a sprint to reach the eight-team’s eastern conference field.

Cavaliers C Evan Mobley Double-Double (-130, Draftkings)

Post-All-Star Break, Mobley has been excellent, on average just under 19 points and 10 returns per match.

He has been as productive as anyone in Cavalier’s Lineup this month and noted a double double in seven of his last 11 matches-two of three matchups this season against Heat.
