Seattle Mariners has hit a speed bolt.

Just this week, right -wing fielder Victor Robles and the other Baseman Ryan Bliss have been placed on the injured list.

This means that the sailors will be without two of their best stolen bashot when they open a series of three games with American League West leading Texas Rangers on Friday night at T-Mobile Park.

Robles, the sailors’ conductors, suffered a left shoulder displacement and a small fracture in the humeral head that connects the humerus bone to the shoulder joint on Sunday while making a spectacular jumping catch in the safety net in Foul territory in San Francisco.

Robles, which has stolen 37 bases while captured only twice since he was acquired by exceptions from Washington last summer, is expected to be on the page for three months.

Bliss tore his left biceps as he swung on a pitch from Houston’s Framber Valdez in the second round Tuesday. Bliss finished the match, a 2-1 loss in 12 rounds and had a double in the fifth.

The sailors announced on Thursday that Bliss, who has seven steals in 44 career games, would undergo surgery on Friday and are expected to miss four to five months.

“It’s a really tough break, especially for Ryan. I think it shows a lot of heart that he played most of the game with it,” said Mariner’s manager Dan Wilson. “I think it shows you a lot about what’s inside him and the character he has. It’s a tough break, but Ryan has such a big attitude and is ready to come after it and come back and get healthy.”

The sailors come from an unlikely victory 7-6 on Wednesday afternoon to visit Houston, giving them their first series victory for the season.

After 5-0 into the bottom of the eighth, the sailors pulled in a run at Randy Arozarenas Grand Slam.

After Astros has added an insurance run at the top of the ninth, Julio Rodriguez met a two-run double to bind it and Aroz arena drew a base-loaded walk with two outs to bring home the decisive driving.

“I know we have a good group,” Arozarena said through an interpreter. “And I know it’s early in the season, but the item is in October – I want to come back to October. As I said, it’s still early, but we have a narrow group … and I think we get there.”

Mariner’s right-hander Bryce Miller (0-2, 5.73 era) is scheduled to start Friday against Rangers Right Jacob Degrom (0-0, 3.38).

Miller, native of Mount Pleasant, Texas, who participated in Texas A&M, is 0-3 with an 8.64 era in four career starts against Rangers; Degrom is 1-1 with a 1.83 era in four starts versus Seattle.

Rangers also have some health problems because Outfielder Wyatt Langford was placed on 10-day IL on Wednesday with a high-quality stem in class 1.

Langford was lifted late Tuesday’s 10-6 loss to the kids where he met his team-leading fourth home race. He also had a team high six RBI at that time.

“This is one of the things you don’t really feel when you just sit around. It’s more so the action,” said Langford, who lobby to stay on the active list. “It’s frustrating when you get hurt … I really want to be out playing, especially when we play really well.”

Without Langford, Rangers host Chicago 6-2 on Wednesday when Tyler Mahle allowed a run on two hits over six rounds and Corey Seager met a couple of solo homers.
