Aristocrat Gaming has announced that their NFL-themed slots will hit casino floors in time for the 2023 NFL season opener in September.
As part of the announcement, Aristocrat also released the first images for NFL Super Bowl Jackpots machines, a slot that gives players the chance to win a progressive jackpot of $1 million.
The original license agreement between the National Football League and Aristocrat was signed in the fall of 2021 and allows the gaming company to use NFL logos and trademarks in slot machines in the United States.
Speaking about the deal, Aristocrat Gaming CEO Hector Fernandez said:
“Today, we are proud to debut the first look of the new NFL licensed slots, which will provide an innovative entertainment experience for millions of NFL fans who enjoy the fun of casino gaming. We are changing the game with this first-of-its-kind slot, and offers fans the ability to customize the experience by choosing their favorite team at whichever casino they choose to play.”
Joe Ruggiero, SVP of Consumer Products at the NFL, added:
“The unveiling of the first NFL-themed slot machines represents an opportunity to bring the league closer to our fans in a new area. We are excited to partner with Aristocrat to bring their vision and responsible gaming resources to fans through the 2023 NFL season and beyond.”
According to the announcement, NFL Super Bowl Jackpots is the first of several games that Aristocrat will unveil as part of its agreement with the NFL. Overtime pay, Super Bowl Link, NFL kickoff, Winning Driveand Rings of Victory are all set for release in late 2023 and 2024.
