Astralis rally to stay alive at PGL Bucharest

Astralis gathered to stay alive with a 2-1 victory against Legacy on Wednesday of $ 625,000 PGL Bucharest 2025 in Romania.

Legacy opened Round 4 Low Match with a 13-7 victory on Dust II but Astralis responded with a 13-7 victory on Ancient and a marathon 19-16 victory at Nuke, which eliminated Legacy.

The second round of 4 low matches was both decided by Svep, with Team Falcons who knocked out rare atom and Mongolz who eliminate Furia. Falcons won 13-6 at Inferno and 13-2 on the train, while Mongolz published 13-9 victory on Mirage and a 13-11 decision on Nuke.

The group step works under the Swiss system format, with eight teams that move on to the playoffs when they win three matches.

G2 Esports, 3DMAX, Gamerlegion, Complexity and Aurora Gaming have already qualified for the playoffs with an elimination. All matches are best-of-three until Sunday’s best-of-five big final, with the winner who earns $ 200,000.
