Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens has been transformed in time for spring with its “The Birds and the B’s” screen.
The installation, which is shown up to May 17, takes the guests into a “pastel underwear and embodies transformation with fantastic botanical masterpieces, wild animal -inspired elements and whimsical scenes that captivate the senses,” said MGM Resorts International in a news message.
The company said that the screen name is a “playful nick” to nature and pollination, while “B’s” praises Bellagio’s iconic “B” which can be seen throughout the installation.
“The spring screen was created to honor the beauty of nature and the feeling of renewal that comes this time of year,” said designer Ed Libby in the publication. “We invite guests to delve into a world where Bellagio’s signature Glamor is intertwined with the snug and romance in the spring.
The display has an 18 -foot high statue by Mother Earth, an 18 -foot review of hive from Birch Tree Bark, FabergEgg in é-style, Wisteria trees containing 35,000 purple Wisteria flowers and 18,000 houseplants and flowers that fill the 14,000 square meter garden, according to MGM.
The display was mounted in six days, with 100 team members who worked 24 hours a day, MGM said.
