If you wait for the football season to end before you start preparations for this year’s March Madness – why? If you want to win your console pool this year, you must start inserting some employed teams. It is also a good time to start building your war chest with some well -placed investments.

For this purpose, here are some of our best bets for College Basketball on Tuesday, February 4.

Oklahoma State on No. 6 Houston

Houston took Oklahoma State down 60-47 earlier in the season (favored 11.5 points). So if cougars could barely cover an 11.5-point spread for the first time, why should we think they can cover a 22.5 point spread this time?

Cougars has the No. 1 defense in the country but only the 126th ranked scoring crime, and it will be down at one of its highest points threats, Emanuel Sharp. However, Houston will be dismissed and look for blood after losing his first conference game during the season during the weekend.

Oklahoma State comes from a victory over Utah, but excludes cannot compare with Cougars. Houston’s defense will turn off Cowboy’s unfortunate crime. Although Houston is down to one of its main contributors in the points, they will do enough at the offensive end to win easily.

Will they cover? It’s hard to say; It is a large spread. But when Houston turns off the Oklahoma State crime and sharply on the bench, the score will not be high.

Baylor at No. 13 Texas Tech

Both teams will come into this game on a role and feel good. Texas Tech handed Houston his first conference loss over the weekend in an 82-81 OT thriller. Baylor has won three of his last four, including an 11-point victory over then no. 11 Kansas.

But as impressive as Baylor’s home victory against Kansas was, the bears have struggled on the road this season (2-5 SU and 2-4-1 ATS). They will meet one of the better crimes in the country at home, where the red raiders are 11-2 this season.

Texas Tech will win this game and will probably cover the spread in what we expect will be a high score.

No. 9 Michigan State on UCLA

The Spartans had won 13 in a row before falling to USC over the weekend, 70-64, their first conference loss of the season. UCLA’s profit line remains intact and was extended to five in a row after the Bruins dominated a ranked Oregon team 78-52.

Michigan State is the more balanced team on paper, bound for the 47th country to make crimes and ranked as No. 59 on defense. However, they do not have a primary point threat – only one player on average in double -digit numbers (Jaden Akins, 13.5 points per match).

UCLA’s five-game winning line, which includes winnings over two ranked opponents, combined with Michigan State’s latest road loss is likely why the bruins benefit even though the Spartans are an extremely superior team on paper.

Michigan State defensive ability makes me think of taking under (139.5, -105 via Fanduel) because none of them are high -pinging teams, and the Spartans will keep UCLA’s crime in check. But this is a rare chance to get an excellent Michigan State team with plus money odds to win.
