Chicago Bulls forward Patrick Williams received a platelet -rich plasma injection to treat Tendinos in his right knee and will be evaluated in two weeks, the team announced on Thursday.
In his final match on February 12, Williams collected three points and a 18-minute recovery in Chicago’s victory 128-110 over the Detroit Pistons.
Williams, 23, is an average of 9.1 points and 4.0 returns in 45 matches (35 starts) this season.
He contributes 9.6 points and 4.1 boards in 258 career games (210 starts) since he was elected by Bulls with the fourth overall election in the 2020 NBA draft.
