New Orleans -Kansas City Chiefs Linebacker Nick Bolton had all the answers on Monday, even for the slightly offbeat questions a player can get on the Super Bowl opening night.

From favorite KC grill to which he would like to spend time with a deserted island, Bolton did not hesitate for any answer.

It may not be surprising for fans who have seen Bolton quickly diagnose games on the pitch during an active four -year career in Kansas City.

Bolton, who has 458 total tackles over 57 careers with regular season (plus another 93 stops in 12 games after the season), has never been shy to dive straight in.

“Riptide Rush,” answered the veteran when he asked his favorite flavor of the streets. Interested parties can also rest easily when they know his go-to-places for BBQ: Q39 and Jack Stack.

The Desert Island issue required a little more predominantly, but true to form, diagnosed Bolton quickly again.

“I wanted to choose my dog, (Chief’s defensive tackle) Tershawn Wharton, but he eats too much man,” Bolton explained as he weighed the necessity of sharing food. “I have to choose a smaller guy who doesn’t eat that much, that’s why I go with my dog, ’22’ Trent McDuffie.”

In a few slightly more serious moments, Bolton also shouted teammate Chris Jones for his impact who led his own career, and he offered advice to younger players.

“Bring that trust with you, but just have fun with it,” Bolton said. “You have to put your head down and go to work, and everything will eventually work for the best.”
