Grammy -prize -winning singers Duffy Has dipped her toes back in the limelight this week by popping up in a short Tiktok video to tease a brand new EDM remix of her signature hit ‘Mercy’.
In the clip, posted by feelingThe Welian star can be seen lip synchronization of the songs iconic chorus: “You made me beg for mercy,” Until the Revved-Up version of the track, before giving a cheeky profit to the camera.
Shortly after the video was published, Fans comment sections on Tiktok and were flooded to share their excitement, with the fan page @duffynew’s writing: “It’s so good to see her face”@Robbierollie says: “I’m overwhelmed by happiness. So good to see you Duffy!” And @robbiepdk comments: “Oh my God I’m so excited !!!”

Best known for his soulful voice and retro -inspired music, Duffy was fame with his debut album in 2008 ‘Rockferry’containing here singles ‘Warwick Avenue’The ‘Stepping Stone’The ‘Rain on your parade’ And the above-mentioned “Mercy”-which topped on number one on the official British single diagram and remained there for five weeks.
The album was a huge success and got her a Grammy Prize for Best Pop -Song album and several Brit prices, including best British female solo artist.
It is follow -up ‘Endless’ Followed in 2010 and spent a total of fifteen weeks in the 100 best British album diagrams.
In 2015, Duffy made a como in the Crime Thriller film legend and played American singer Timi Yuro And also contributed three songs to the soundtrack.
Five years later, she shared two unreleased tracks as a treatment for the fans, “Something Beautiful” and ‘River in the Sky’ on her Instagram.
