Fubo has announced that it will remain the exclusive flow platform for Premier League In Canada, its current rights agreement through a new multi -year agreement starting with the 2025/26 season.
The updated agreement ensures that All 380 Premier League matches each season will remain on FUBOAlong with shoulder programming and highlights. Fubo initially secured exclusive rights to England’s football in top flight in Canada before the 2022/23 campaign, and this renewal further strengthens the company’s position as a destination for football fans in the country.
Although financial conditions were not revealed, the business marks an important milestone for Fubo as it continues to expand its global sports offer.
“The Premier League is considered to be the most prestigious football -league globally and we are proud to remain the exclusive home for this elite competition in Canada,” said Ben Grade, Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnership and Business at Fubo. “This renewed agreement emphasizes the value that Fubos Sport-first audience and industry-leading platform provide to world-class suppliers such as Premier League.”
In Canada, Fubo also has exclusive rights to Italy’s Serie A, Italian Cup and Italian Super Cup. It has additional football programming including matches from Ligue 1, Copa Libertadores, the Canadian Premier League and international games involving Canada’s men’s and women’s national teams. In addition to football, Fubo also flows content from MLB, NBA, NHL and Cricket’s IPL.
