Atlanta Hawks Guard Trae Young was appointed on Monday as a replacement for damaged Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo for 2025 NBA All-Star game.
Young, 26, will make its fourth all-star performance on Sunday at the Chase Center in San Francisco, where the new format has a four-team, three-game mini-tournament.
Antetokounmpo, 30, cannot participate because of a left veal. The nine-time All-Star was prepared for Team Chuck by TNT analyst Charles Barkley.
Young is on average 23.5 points and a league leader 11.4 assists through 49 matches this season. He is the 10th player in the HAWKS story that makes at least four All-Star teams.
