Henderson Planning Commission approves zone changes for inspiration Station Project | Casinos and games

The Inspirarada -Station’s website in Henderson will grow by 14.1 acres under a plan unanimously approved Thursday by Henderson Planning Commission.

Representatives of Stationskasinon told Commissioners that the new area would be used for surface parking. A series of changes to zoning was required to add the area to the gaming company’s district that was established at the existing 52.6 acre place at Via Inspireda and Bicentennial Parkway in Seven Hills area in Henderson.

The proposal, which has been approved in a 5-0 vote with two closed due to potential conflicts of interest, will be heard by Henderson City Council March 4.

The station’s representatives gave no indication when the construction of the project would begin.

The Inspirada -Station’s website has been on Henderson’s books since 2006.

City documents say that the original approved resort is expected to consist of 58,000 square meters of playing area, 6,670 square meters of banquet space, an 8,400 square meter sports book, 201 hotel room, three special restaurants with outdoor food, an eight box food hall, four bars, a 12-LAN Bowlinghall, A six-box cinema and surface parking with 1,708 parking spaces.

No one opposed the rezoming plan during a public hearing within the 15-minute presentation. The extra land falls within standards for compliance with distances for housing, schools and churches.

Station Casinos, a subsidiary of Red Rock Resorts, which previously stated this week in its results for the fourth quarter, urges that the company is focused on an extension of its year-old Durango property in southwestern Las Vegas. The project started last month and is expected to be completed in January 2026.

With a budget of $ 120 million, enlargement will add more than 25,000 square meters of casino space, including a new high boundary and bar. A total of 230 new slot machines will be added, with 120 dedicated to the room with high limit. In addition, the company builds a covered parking garage with almost 2,000 spaces to improve the customer’s access and provide flexibility for future extensions.
