Sacramento Kings Center Domanta’s Sabonis will be out indefinitely while breastfeeding a degree 1 left hamstringstam, the team announced.
According to the kings, an update of Saboni’s permission will be provided in one week.
Sabonis ran down the court and grip immediately at its left hamstring about a minute to Saturday’s 113-103 victory at Houston Rockets.
The NBA’s leading Rebounder, Sabonis is an average of 14.1 boards to go with 19.5 points and 6.2 assists in 56 matches (all starts) this season.
Sabonis, 28, is a three-o’clock All-Star. He is an average of 16.1 points, 10.6 returns and 4.9 assists in 632 career games (492 starts) with Oklahoma City Thunder, Indiana Pacers and Kings.
“We’re talking about the Sabonis of the Dakes, which covers the state sheet in a way that is difficult to do,” said Sacramento coach Doug Christie. “Many guys went in (against Houston) and just tried to do what they do, and it adds everyone who pulls the rope in the same direction.”
Per ESPN signs Kings Center SKA Labissiere to a 10-day contract.
Labissiere, 28, has an average of 15.8 points and 7.5 returns for Stockton in the NBA G League.
