G2 Esports started quickly with a victory of 13-5 on Lotus before T1 responded with a 13-9 triumph on the seas. G2 again moved forward with a victory 13-11 on abyss, just to see T1 respond with a 15-13 victory at Split and 16-14 Triumph on Pearl.
