Less than 24 hours after the Indian Wells final is 2025 Miami Open Draw out, and the other part of the sunshine double will start main drawing measures on Wednesday, March 19.
There is no Jannik Sinner again, as the Italian continues to serve his three month ban after two failed doping tests. It leaves Sascha Zverev and Carlos Alcaraz as the two best seeds, with the latter aiming for their second Miami title.
A draw has produced some exciting matches with Zverev that led the upper quarter and he was able to meet Frances Tiefoe or Arthur Fils in the fourth round, with a potential collision against Jack Draper or Holger Rune in the last eight.
Carlos Alcaraz anchors the lower part, with Grigor Dimitrov as a possible fourth round of opponents. The Spanjole can then meet Paul or Ruud in the neighborhood when he looks to return in winning ways.

Thoughts on the draw

Top district
Seeded players: Alexander Zverev (1), Jack Draper (6), Rune Shoulder (11), Frances Film (16), Arthur Fils (20), Alexei Popyrin (25).
Zverev enters Miami as top seeds, but since his defeat against Jannik Sinner in the Australian Open Final, the German form has noticeably dipped-he has not reached a semi-finals since.
The 27-year-old is likely to open his campaign against Benjamin Bonzi before he potentially faces a tricky third round match against either Jordan Thompson or Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard.
This tensile section is competitive, with Frances Tiefoe or Arthur Fils that may be waiting for in the fourth round. Should he move on, a quarter final collision with one of the Indian wells, Jack Draper or Holger Rune can be on the cards.
Projected quarter final: Alexander Zverev (1) Vs Jack Draper (6)
Second quarter
Seeded players: Taylor Fritz (3), al
The lower quarter of the upper half of the draw is led by the third seed Taylor Fritz, which, just like Zverev, has not been in good shape in recent weeks, and Miami has not been his best Masters 1000 tournament, so I’m not sure how good he will perform.
He was able to meet Denis Shapovalov in the third round, and the potential for an All -American quarter final with Ben Shelton looms after that, which I believe will make the semi -finals pass the former champion Hurkz.
Andrey Rublev and Alex de Minaur are also in this quarter, with Berrettini and Humbert as the other seeds.
Joao Fonseca, fresh of another challenger title in Arizona, will also meet students Tien in the first round, which should get the audience going.
Projected quarter final: Taylor Fritz (3) Vs Andrey Rublev (8)
Third quarter
Seeded players: Novak Djokovic (4), Daniil Medvedev (7), Stefano’s Tsitsipas (9), Lorenzo Musetti (15), Felix Auger-Alassime (18), Sebastian Käda (24), Jiri Lehecka (26), Alex Michelsen (32)
The lower half of the draw is undoubtedly more loaded on paper, and the third quarter includes Djokovic, Medvedev and Tsitsipas.
Meddy and Tstisi could meet in the fourth round, but Lehecka, Monfils and Marzosan, who did the quarters last year, can interfere with it.
Djokovic was able to meet Hamad Medjedovic in an All-Serbian second round meeting, which marked his first match ever in a classic Master vs Apprentice-Showdown, after Novak helped to finance and mentor his compatriot.
Musetti will enjoy his chances in this section; He made the quarter final last year and looks to have a reasonably manageable move.
Projected quarter final: Daniil Medvedev (7) vs Novak Djokovic (4)
The lower quarter
Seeded players: Carlos Alcaraz (2), Casper Ruud (5), Tommy Paul (12), Grigor Dimitrov (14), Karen Khachanov (22), Francisco Cerundolo (23), Alejandro Tabilo (30), Brandon Nakashima (31)
The last quarter of the draw is led by Carlos Alcaraz and Grigor Dimitrov, who knocked him out in last year’s semi -finals, may be on the cards in the fourth round, but the Spaniard will be very favored to accurate his revenge this time.
Tommy Paul will be looking to make his first quarter finals in Miami, and he is scheduled to have a potentially fourth round meeting with former finalist Casper Ruud.
Ruud has struggled to do deep runs this season, but his episode looks pretty simple, and I would support him to meet Cerundolo or Paul during the last sixteen.
Alcaraz is the big favorite in his episode, but it will depend on whether Indian Wells has beaten his confidence, given how badly he played against Draper.
Projected quarter final: Casper Ruud (5) vs. Carlos Alcaraz (2)
