The regular season 2024-25 NBA is complete, but we are not really ready for the season yet. Before we can get there, the last four teams that are still on their way for the playoffs must participate in the Play-in tournament-what you can of course invest in.

Let’s talk about some of the ways you can bet on Play-in tournament games. The following makes our list of NBA Play-in Tournament Best Bets (odds via Draftkings).

Eastern Conference Play-in tournament

No. 8 Atlanta Hawks (+180) against No. 7 Orlando Magic (-5), O/U 217
Date: Tuesday, April 15th
Time: 19:30 edt
Reporting: TNT

Yes, Atlanta only beat Orlando on Sunday. But do not read anything in the result of that game (117-105, hawks); None of the teams put their best foot forward. So do not draw any conclusions about how play-in can go based on it.

Atlanta has a solid crime and is likely to try to surpass the magic. But it will be easier said than done to Orlando’s defense.

Our choice: Over 217

I think magic will win this game, but it’s hard to say with certainty if they will cover the spread. But based on how the previous games between these two teams went, there is a good chance that we will see more than 217 points made in this game.

No. 10 Miami Heat (+1) against No. 9 Chicago Bulls (-115), O/U 219.5
Date: Wednesday, April 16
Time: 19:30 edt
Reporting: ESPN

Chicago has played well too late, with victories in six of his last seven matches, including a victory 119-111 over heat in Chicago. Bulls has some talented guys who have played well, and Heat has lost four of their last six.

But Eric Spoelstra knows one thing or two about winning connection games like this one, and I like his talented trio by Bam Adebayo, Tyler Herro and Andrew Wiggins more than Chicago’s talent base.

Our choice: Miami ml

Miami to make the playoffs at +320
A seed # 10 has never made the playoffs in the short story of the play-in tournament. But if there was ever a team that could do history and pull it off, it’s this Miami Heat Squad.

Western Conference Play-in Tournament

No. 8 Memphis Grizzlies (+230) against No. 7 Golden State Warriors (-7), O/U 229.5
Date: Tuesday, April 15th
Time: 22.00 EDT
Reporting: TNT

These two teams just met in a barn a couple of weeks ago – a Warriors won 135-125 in Memphis. I have a hard time believing a team that fired the head coach along the route and does not play well, consistent basketball can beat Steph Curry, Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green.

Oh – and Steve Kerr knows one thing or two about getting the most out of his team with the playoffs on the line.

Our choice: Over 229.5

I think Warriors will win this, but seven points feel like a little with two teams that can score as they can. That’s why I’m betting on for this game.

No. 10 Dallas Mavericks against No. 9 Sacramento Kings
Date: Wednesday, April 16
Time: 22.00 EDT
Reporting: ESPN

Is anyone else surprised that Dallas Mavericks even got to the Play-in tournament? It was bad enough that they traded Luka Doncic, but to lose Kyrie Irving at the top of it was just painful. Anthony Davis is still a force when he plays, but enough one to beat the kings?

Eh – I don’t think so. The sabonis of Davis will take care of Davis, and Zach Lavine and Demar Derozan will get the job done at the offensive end of the court versus a Dallas team that is probably anxious that the season in the end.
