A group of football players agreed to resolve their moods against the Northwestern that concerned allegations of hazing and abuse of behavior under former coach Pat Fitzgerald.

Fitzgerald’s lawyers confirmed the settlement in a statement released to newslets. But their client still conducts incorrect dismissal measures against the Northwestern.

Fitzgerald-a Star Linebacker at the University, a member of College Football Hall of Fame and trained Wildcats from 2006-22-submitted the action against Northwestern later in 2023, claiming that there was an oral agreement from Schill that Fitzgerald would not meet no more punishment except for the first two week.
Fitzgerald’s lawyers said in Tuesday’s statement that there is no evidence that supports claims against Fitzgerald after an extensive period of discovery.
