Pisces Bar & Seafare is about to get to the Briny Deep.
The restaurant at Dreams Lake at Wynn Las Vegas has established an opening date. People can land reservations from May 10. The fishermen replace what would have been Fiola Mare, such as Michelin-star chef Fabio Trabocchi Bailed in January. About a month later, Wynn announced plans for the fishermen, a return to its long -standing (and successful) practice to create concepts internally.
Executive manager Martin Heierling leads the kitchen. His 30-year-old culinary resume includes Stints at Bellagio, VDara and under the legendary chef Gray Kunz at Lespinasse, one of the finest restaurants ever opened in New York City. Most recently, the chef with the Noble 33 group, whose portfolio includes Toca Madera in Vegas, Casa Madera in West Hollywood, California and Sparrow Italia in London and Miami.
The coastal Mediterranean menu has caviar and crudo, seafood plates, fresh fish that come from the Mediterranean, dry -aged fish, pasta dishes and desserts from Wynn Executive pastry jennifer yee. Wynn’s Master Mixologist, Mariena Mercer Boarini, designs cocktails for the fishermen who pay tribute to the sea and the beach. A wine list complete the Drink Program.
The fishermen occupy the water space that once held by the lake, which was opened in 2010 in the former Daniel Boulud Brasserie. Lakeside was closed in July.
