247sports Transfer Portal Tracker confirmed the news Saturday morning. Tracker listed him as a four-star transfer and the overall No. 20 player.
Lowe, which entered the transfer portal earlier this week, led Pitt in points (16.8) and assists (5.5) while adding 4.2 returns per match in 31 matches (all starts) this season for Panthers. He was a third team all-Atlantic Coast Conference choice.
The 6-foot-3-in-born in Texas was an average of 13.1 points, 4.3 assists and 3.5 boards in 64 career games (50 starts) with Pitt.
