Baltimore Ravens -Kicker Justin Tucker made another long statement to deal with accusations that he was involved in inappropriate behavior with massage therapists.
Sixteen women have accused Tucker of misunderstanding at eight different advanced spa in the Baltimore area from 2012-16.
“I claim that I did not act incorrectly at any time before, during or after a professional body treatment session, nor have I been told that I am unwelcome to any massage therapy supplier,” read Tucker’s statement to several stores. “These claims are simply not true. Over the past four weeks, I have spent countless hours recording every interaction I have had with body work for the past 13 years.
“I can assure anyone who reads this that I have never intended to respect anyone, cross any limit or make someone feel uncomfortable in any way. Them as a human being.”
Tucker’s wife, Amanda Bass, also gave a statement to Outkick.com on Wednesday.
“The false accusations against Justin have caused so much injured to our family. I think my husband, and I love and support him fully,” she said.
Justin Tucker, 35, moved to the Baltimore region in 2012 when he signed with the ravens as an uninhibited free agent. During 13 seasons with Ravens, he is a five-hour All-Pro and a seven-o’clock Pro Bowl-Val.
General Manager Eric Decosta and head coach John Harbaugh described the charges “regarding” and “seriously” earlier this week at the NFL Scouting Combine. Harbaugh said the ravens would “look at kickers” but described the reasoning for their interest in players in the position as “something we always do.”
The Baltimore banner began to investigate a tip that was received on January 9 regarding the charges involving Tucker.
