
The two-time All-Star Guard Isaiah Thomas is trying to make an NBA comeback with Utah Jazz G League branch, ESPN reported on Monday.
Thomas, 35, is expected to debut for Salt Lake City Stars this week, according to the report.
He played six games last season with Phoenix Suns and has only made one start in the NBA since the beginning of the 2020-21 campaign.
Thomas, who received consecutive all-stickers with Boston 2015-16 and 2016-17, has been suitable for 10 teams in 12 seasons. He owns a cut average of 17.5 points, 4.8 assists and 2.4 returns in 556 matches (362 starts).
Thomas finished fifth in the NBA MVP vote 2016-17 after having an average of 28.9 points in his career and 5.9 assists in 76 matches (all starts) for Boston, and earned a place in the All-NBA second team.
