Brooklyn Nets plans to refrain from injured Bojan Bogdanovic, ESPN reported on Wednesday.

An earlier report said that the 35-year-old veteran needed a second surgical procedure on his left foot and would not play this season.

He had the first operation in April last year after suffering from the damage during New York Knick’s first playoff series against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Bogdanovic joined Nets in July 2024 who sent Mikal bridges to Knicks. He has an average of 15.6 points, 3.6 assists and 3.0 returns in 719 matches (572 starts) in 10 seasons with six NBA teams.

According to ESPN, Brooklyn plans to sign the former lottery Pick Killian Hayes to a 10-day contract and convert two-way Tyrese Martin’s business to a standard NBA contract.

Hayes, 23, was the seventh overall election in the 2020 draft of Detroit. Point Guard has an average of 8.1 points, 5.2 assists and 2.9 returns in 210 matches (145 starts) for four seasons with Pistons (2020-24).

Martin, 25, is an average of 7.8 points, 3.9 returns and 1.8 assists in 36 matches (six starts) this season with Nets.
