Golden State Warriors signs Forward Kevin Knox to handle the rest of the season, Per ESPN.
Knox fit into seven matches for Warriors this season after signing a couple of 10-day contracts. The 25-year-old is on average 4.0 points and 1.6 returns over 7.3 minutes per match.
On February 25, he had his best game in the season against Charlotte Hornets, and published 12 points (including two 3 points), five returns, three assists, two blocks and one steal in just 15 minutes.
Knox was chosen by New York Knicks with the ninth overall election in the NBA draft 2018. He played 75 matches as a beginner, including 57 starts, an average of 12.8 points and 4.5 returns. But he slowly saw his role evaporated during the following 2 1/2 seasons before being distributed to Atlanta Hawks in January 2022.
He would continue to spend time with Portland Trail Blazers and Detroit Pistons.
6-foot-7 ahead is a career 34.0 percent three-point shooter.
Knox will look to help a Warriors team that has been thrown into the title, after the Jimmy Butler trade. Golden State has a 14-2 record during its last 16 matches.
