The Washington commanders and the previous first round of defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw agree on a three-year agreement worth $ 45 million, several stores reported on Monday.
The deal, which will not be official until the start of the new league year Wednesday at 16, includes $ 30 million guaranteed, according to the NFL network.
Kinlaw, 27, comes from his finest season as a professional 2024 with the New York Jets. Kinlaw collected 4.5 bags, 40 tackles – including five for loss – and five quarterback hits in 17 starts. He played last season on an annual agreement worth $ 7.25 million.
Kinlaw has 9.5 bags, 110 tackles, 16 QB hits and an interception for Touchdown in 58 career games (45 starts) for Jets and San Francisco 49ers, who chose him No. 14 Overall in the draft by 2020. Niners declined his fifth year option in April 2023.
