Steve Angeli, who was part of Notre Dame’s quarterback competition this spring, enters the transfer portal, reported several stores on Thursday.
Angeli was up against CJ Carr and Kenny Minchey in a three -way fight this spring.
As a backup to Riley Leonard last year, Angeli entered 11 matches and finished 24 of 36 passes for 268 meters, three touchdowns and zero interceptions.
The former four -star prospectus from New Jersey has thrown for 772 meters, 10 touchdowns and a eavesdropping while completing 72.5 percent of his passports (58 out of 80) for his career.
Angeli will be junior this season, while Carr is a red -haired beginner (and the granddaughter of former Michigan coach Lloyd Carr) and Minchey is a second.
Fighting Irish comes from a national loss of championship to Ohio State, and Leonard was eligible for his lonely season in South Bend.
