Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander serves as his own agent after sharing roads with Thad Foucher of Wasserman, reported NBA Insider Chris Haynes and ESPN Tuesday evening.
A big pay day can be on the horizon for Gilgeous-Alexander, which is eligible for a Super-Max extension with the thunderstorm during the low season. That deal would be worth about $ 300 million.
Gilgeous-Alexander, 26, is in the thick in the MVP conversation this season and leads the league in points per match (32.5). He is also an average of 5.1 returns, 6.1 assists and 1.9 steals.
Gilgeous-Alexander, who ended up in second place in the MVP vote last season, has guided Thunder to the best record in the Western Conference at All-Star Break, 44-10.
