RIIZE kicks off 2025 in style with nostalgic new single ‘Hug’

K-pop supergroup RISE are pulling out all the stops to launch SM Entertainment’s 30th anniversary in style with the release of their latest single ‘Hug’ – a nostalgic remake of the 2004 debut single by the group’s legendary labelmates, TVXQ!.

Works as a sequel to the 2024s “Combo” – an alternative pop rock song produced by South Korean songwriter and record producer Kenzie, Ronny Svendsen and Pizza punk – the band’s fresh interpretation of ‘Hug’ properly arrives with pristine harmonies and lurches of heartfelt nostalgia, as the super-talented sextet put a new twist on the much-loved Y2K classic.

As part of the milestone anniversary celebration, SM brings SMTOWN LIVE 2025 Tour to fans all over the world. The highly anticipated tour, which is scheduled to kick off in Seoul this weekend, will make its way to London this spring.

Ticket information and the entire range for SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in London will be announced in the coming weeks.
