New Orleans Saints Right Tackling Ryan Ramczyk announced his pension on social media on Thursday evening.

Ramczyk, 30, started 101 matches over seven seasons before putting out the 2024 campaign with a chronic knee injury.

2017 The first election made three straight all-PRO teams from 2018-20, with a first team node 2019.

“What an incredible journey it has been,” Ramczyk wrote on his account. “My path to NFL was not a straight line, it was not the story that most people expect. It was moments when people doubted me, moments when I doubted myself. It’s fun how life works. Sometimes the road leads less to places you never expected, but it ends up exactly where you were supposed to be.”

Ramczyk played his last match on December 10, 2023, before ending that season on damaged reserve with a cartilage defect in his right knee.

The NFL announced on Thursday that Ramczyk will be in Green Bay on April 25 to announce the Holy Day 2 draft election.
