Dallas Stars will play some rest when they visit St. Louis Blues on Saturday night.

Stars will try to build on his 4-3 home victory over Vegas Golden Knights on Friday.

Jason Robertson remained hot and scored two goals in the victory, while Wyatt Johnston, Matt Duchene and Evgenii Dadonov each assisted.

Robertson has 10 points (seven goals, three assists) during his last seven games and 44 points (17 goals, 27 assists) for the season.

He said he enjoys his recent point increase.

“More confident, when you just feel better and better, the puck only finds you in different situations,” Robertson said. “Ever since December I have really known it and thought that these pucks will come and try to make the best of it instead of not knowing if it ever is.”

Jake Oettinger made only 18 rescues on Friday but entered the final minute to secure the victory for Stars. Dalla’s goalkeeper made two crucial rescues, including a robbery by Pavel Dorofeyev with only 22 seconds left.

Dallas went into the match with just one victory over his previous four plays (1-3-0) and was held to a single goal twice during the period.

Blues enters Saturday’s competition with a record of 5-5 during their last 10 matches after winning 5-4 on away ground against Golden Knights in a penalty on Monday, before falling at home by 4-2 against the same team on Thursday.

“It was just not good enough,” Blues Robert Thomas said when he was asked about his team’s performance on Thursday. “They were a better team from start to finish. That’s why we lost the match.”

Thomas and Jordan Kyrou scored a goal was, but Blues could not create much offensive outside their two main forwards. They received 24-8 during the first two periods and 31-17 for the match.

St. Louis has lacked an offensive blow in recent times, and has been held to two goals or fewer in four of his last six matches. Consistent victories are what Blues have been missing this season. They have not yet won three games in a row but have three losses in at least three matches.

Joel Hofer started in Netto on Thursday in the loss against Golden Knights, and despite collecting half of the starts from co -guard Jordan Binnington, Hofer has only three fewer winnings.

Hofer is also the best at Binnington this season with an average of 2.77 goals compared to an effort of 2.86 and with a rescue percentage of 0.906 (to 0.898).

Stars has taken over the division competitor Blues in recent years and won six of the last eight meetings, including 2-1 in overtime in Dallas on December 14.

The team will end their season series on March 2 in Dallas.
