Taylor Swift’s journey began back in 2006 when her debut single “Tim McGraw” hit the charts and she has dominated ever since. Fast forward to today, and she has 14 No. 1 albums (most ever by a woman!) and 12 No. 1 songs on the Billboard Hot 100.
Oh, and remember when Midnights dropped in 2022? Taylor Swift made history by owning all 10 spots at the top of the Hot 100. Then Taylor Swift upped her own game in 2024 with The Department of Tortured Poetswhich takes the top 14 spots on the chart.
Taylor Swift has ruled the Billboard Year-End Top Artists list not once, but four times – in 2009, 2015, 2023 and 2024. She’s the first artist ever to do so, and it only proves that her star power is only getting brighter. Although Taylor Swift sits atop an elite list of the biggest artists of the 2000s, which includes charts like Caretaker, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Beyonce, The Weeknd, Eminem, Post Malone, Rihannaand Drake.
