Team Spirit goes on to the Grand Final in ESL One Raleigh

Team Spirit gathered to defeat Tundra Esports 2-1 on Saturday in the upper console and move on to the big final at the Dota 2 ESL One Raleigh event.

In Sunday’s grand final, Team Spirit awaits the winner of the lower console with paravision against Tundra Esports. Paravision came from behind to move on and beat Betboom Team 2-1 in the final of the final on Saturday.

Earlier on Saturday, the Betboom team wrapped Team Falcons 2-0 to reach the lower console.

The $ 1 million in North Carolina – the first ESL an event played in the United States since 2015 – goes through Sunday. It is the fourth of five events that make up the ESL Pro Tour. Dreamleague Season 26 will be held in Europe from May 19 June 1.

In Raleigh, the 12 teams were divided into two six-team groups over three days with round-Robin games. Group games were two matches per piece, with bands possible. The two best teams from each group advanced to the upper console in the playoffs, the third and fourth place teams went to the lower console and the fifth and sixth teams were eliminated.

The winner of Sunday Final will take home $ 250,000 in prize money, $ 40,000 in club money and a share of the 27,920 ESL Pro Tour points available in the tournament. The second place will receive $ 130,000 and $ 35,000 plus EPT points.

On Saturday, Tundra Esports opened with a 45-minute triumph at Red, but Team Spirit recovered with a 43-minute victory at Green and a 38-minute victory on Red to reach the big final.

Russia’s Denis “Larl” Sigitov logged an average of 8.3/2.0/12.7 Kill-Death-Assist relationship for the team. Remco “Crystallis” arets by the Netherlands Paced Tundra Esports with an average KDA ratio of 8.3/4.3/8.7.

The Betboom team took the lead with a 55-minute victory on Green, but Paravision secured the lower console with back-to-back victories on green (74 minutes, 28 minutes).

For Paravision, Russia’s Alan “Satanic” led Gallyamov the road with an average of 10.6/3.7/4 Dead-Assist relationship. Russia’s Ivan “Pure” Moscow registered a 6.6/3,3/5.7 KDA relationship for the Betboom team.

To reach the final Betboom team for lower console, Back-to-back victories published green (34 minutes, 38 minutes) to eliminate team falcons.

Moskalenko again paced the Betboom team with a 9.5/0.5/7 KDA relationship, while Andreas “CR1T” Nielsen from Denmark led Team Falcons with a KDA ratio of 3.5/4.5/5.5.
