Who really is the fastest man on the planet?
Seems like we are about to find out, as Olympian Noah Lyles has agreed to compete Miami Dolphins -star receiver Tyreek Hill.
These two don’t like each other. After several public, online jabs on each other, both Hill and Lyles have confirmed to people that they will compete each other sometime this spring or summer before Lyles compete in the US championship in July.
The site should be determined, but can we propose the race that happens on Netflix as part of the undercard of the one that Jake Paul will fight the next?
Back in August, Hill initially said he could beat Lyles, the reigning gold medalist in the 100-meter line, in a race. The trash talk only increased after Lyles won its fourth straight 60-meter final last week and blinked a sign that read “Tyreek could never.”
“I think it speaks for itself,” Lyles told People about the sign. “Everyone says they will be the fastest in the world, but when it comes to it you have to be the winner every time, and every time I show up to the biggest moments I win.”
Lyles is 27. He is undeniably at the top of his game, especially after getting a huge performance at the Olympics where he was not even 100 percent due to being diagnosed with Covid-19.
Hill is 30 years old and turns 31 March, probably before this race occurs. Each fan of the NFL will tell you what usually happens to broad recipients after they exceed 30 years of age.
While Hill, who is famous sports “cheetah” monikers online, is still considered one of the fastest players in the NFL, his body has had to absorb ways more hits than Lyles have ever been. There is not a lot of tackle happening on the track.
If Hill somehow won this race, he would have boastful for the rest of eternity. He would be uncomfortable about it. Talking so much junk and then finally getting a knife on racing is an Olympic gold medalist quite opportunity – especially since most people will expect the actual runner to win.
Regardless of who wins this race, it will be a fantastic spectacle. Maybe after this they could put Lyles in football base and a helmet. Eliminate variables. It would tell who is really the fastest man on the planet.
