Casino landlord Vici properties received higher profits last year when it withdrew more revenue from tenants and borrowers.
New York-based Vici, the largest property owner at Las Vegas Strip with Caesars Palace, MGM Grand and several other resorts in its portfolio, said on Thursday that it earned $ 2.7 billion in net income 2024.
This increased by 6.5 percent from 2023.
Vici reported $ 3.6 billion in leasing revenue last year, an increase of 5 percent from 2023 and $ 134 million in loans income, an increase of almost 71 percent.
